All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information.

We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Currency

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized immediately. The actual charge will be processed when your order is prepared for shipment.

For custom-made products, we may require a deposit payment before manufacturing begins.

Bank Transfer Instructions

For large orders (over €1000), we offer bank transfer as a payment option. After placing your order, you will receive an email with our bank details and payment reference number.

Please note:

• Include the payment reference number in your transfer
• Your order will be processed once payment is received and confirmed
• Bank transfers may take 2-5 business days to process

Failed Payments
