Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
- Custom-made products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made monofins and fins (unless defective)
- Products with personalized specifications
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged products
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at orders@waterway-fins.com with your order number
- Provide the reason for the return
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return authorization
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
*Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us at orders@waterway-fins.com to arrange the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if there is a price difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@waterway-fins.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
